RESERVATIONS: A valid credit card will be required at the time the reservation is made. All major credit cards are accepted. A confirmation will be sent within 24 hours.

CANCELLATIONS: As a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly. To cancel a reservation for one room, please notify us 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you have reserved 2 or more rooms, we will need 30 days notice. You will not be charged if the room(s) is re-booked. There is a $20 process fee for canceling your reservation.

LENGTH OF STAY: From April 1 through November 30, a two-night stay is required on weekends.

ARRIVAL: Check-in time is from 3:00-6:00 pm. Please call in advance to make other arrangements.

DEPARTURE: Checkout time is 11:00 am. Please call in advance to make other arrangements.

CHILDREN: The Monroe Cottage is child-friendly.

PETS: The Monroe Cottage is pet-friendly. A fee of $10 per night will be assessed for each pet. Please review our "Pet Policy". A signed copy will be required at check-in.

SMOKING POLICY: The Birmingham Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking inn. Thank you for your cooperation.

FREE WINE TASTING CARD: Each guest 21 years and older will receive a complimentary card, good for free wine tasting at 20+ Sonoma Valley wineries.

EARLY RISERS: Enjoy a cup of coffee and the daily newspapers in the parlor each morning at 8:00 am. Please let us know if you prefer tea or decaffeinated coffee.

BREAKFAST: Guests in the main house will be served a full 2-course gourmet breakfast, on china and crystal, each morning at 9:00 am in the beautifully restored dining room. Fresh estate produce is used when in season. See what will be at its succulent peak when you're here.
Guests in the Monroe Cottage will have coffee, tea and juice available each morning.

AFTERNOON REFRESHMENTS: By request, we can arrange an afternoon snack of coffee or tea and cookies for you in our restored "craftsman" parlor.

HAIRDRYERS: Available in each bathroom.
